My sister is in the Peace Corps and is stationed in Madagascar.  She just started a blog to save everyone from mass emails.  She only has internet access when she goes to the “banking” city, but that seems to be every three to four weeks.  And she also has a cell phone.  Isn’t that interesting?  No running water or electricity [...]
